The ideal candidate has expertise in mortgage loans, personal credit, and payroll-deductible loans, with a proven track record in the sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as an intermediary between agents and financial institutions. Manage negotiation and contract formalization processes. Maintain strong relationships with key financial institutions and stay updated on market trends. Provide support to partners and agents, ensuring transparency. Oversee operational performance, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Manage a network of independent agents, acting as a Master Correspondent. Lead sales management, commercial coordination, training, and incentive programs. Ensure compliance with governance and anti-fraud procedures. REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience as a Banking Correspondent or in related financial roles. Experience as a Master Correspondent, managing a network of independent agents. Strong knowledge of financial products and banking correspondent operations. Proven negotiation and communication skills with major financial institutions. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and financial laws. Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Availability for travel Fluent English. Certifications in the financial sector (Certificacao completa FEBRABAN, Certificacao completa ABECIP) Experience in Fintech and digital process transformation.
