Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Teacher in a bilingual school, located in São Paulo, SP. The Head Teacher will oversee curriculum development, implement educational best practices, lead the teaching staff, and ensure a high-quality educational environment. Daily tasks include designing and evaluating lesson plans, mentoring educators, managing classroom activities, and fostering effective communication with parents and staff. Qualifications Experience in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership Excellent Communication skills Ability to manage and mentor teaching staff Proven experience in fostering a positive and effective learning environment Relevant teaching credentials and certifications Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is highly desirable
