We at Recrutify, together with our partner, are looking for a System Engineering. Responsibilities: • Requirement gathering, analyzing, and updating, including discussions with onsite counterparts and clients to develop and finalize the requirements. • System-level requirement writing and finalizing technical profiles requirements. • Analyzing input documents, high-level feature boundary diagrams, determining subfunction decomposition, and confirming compatibility with the application. • High-level system requirement decomposition. • Providing help/support for overall model development and process improvement. • Optimizing and debugging, with strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills. • Developing tools/scripts to improve overall productivity and process automation. • Practicing coding guidelines, processes, and standards. • Reviewing contents/artifacts for peer teammates. • Conducting/attending daily stand-up/status calls with customers. • Improving/supporting to enhance the quality of project artifacts. Requisitos • B.E. or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science with 3+ years of experience in the automotive domain. • Experience in system-level requirement writing. • Strong knowledge of systems engineering, engine, powertrain domain, control systems, and performance control. • Knowledge of requirement specification. • Knowledge of engines and emission systems. • Experience working in software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, etc.). • Experience in model-based development. • Exposure to MATLAB/SIMULINK tools. • Knowledge of model-based design/auto code generation. • Analytical ability and strong debugging skills. • Basic knowledge of M scripting. • Experience in the automotive domain is preferred. • Hands-on experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK tool usage. • Experience in CAN, SPI, UART, or I2C protocol and CAN-related tools. • Hands-on experience with PTC Integrity Tool or equivalent. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-driven and adaptive personality, performing as both project leader and individual contributor as the situation dictates. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong RCA skills. • Program design skills and coding best practices.
