This role also involves assisting the Vice Presidents and Director of Marketing. Your duties would be: 1. Budget and Forecast Management 2. Operational Oversight 3. Expense Tracking 4. Invoice Management 5. Data Analysis 6. Contract Tracking 7. Performance Metrics 8. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Accounting, Sales, Integration, among others. Requirements: * Experience in budget management, expense tracking and invoice management. * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
