Gracie Barra is seeking a Brazilian mission-driven HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team and support our efforts in developing and executing career progression strategies across the organization. We are looking for a strategic and people-centered professional with a strong background in career pathing, performance development, and team member engagement. This role will play a key part in implementing Gracie Barras Career Growth Plan, helping team members grow within the organization while maintaining alignment with our Core Values: Brotherhood, Integrity, and Development. Position Type Temporary project, up to 20 hours/week until completion of the Career Progression Plan Key Responsibilities Develop and manage career progression frameworks based on GBs Career Growth Plan. Support the creation and execution of Individual Growth Plans (IGPs) in collaboration with managers. Curate and manage learning and development content. Champion a culture of continuous development, feedback, and recognition. Requirements, Skills & Abilities 2+ years of HR experience focusing on career development. Fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Strong understanding of performance management systems and career frameworks. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, and AI tools is a plus. Passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Gracie Barra mission is a bonus!
