Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Athletics and Activities Program Manager – Clubs & Student Life is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising Clubs & Student Life activities school-wide. Leads the high school clubs program and student leadership initiatives, coordinates the Classroom Without Walls (CWW) program, and serves as a trip lead and administrative representative as needed. This role also acts as a delegate of the Director of Athletics and Activities in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the Classroom Without Walls (CWW) program in collaboration with the Trips Consultant, ensuring alignment with curricular goals, risk management protocols, and student engagement
Manage the high school student clubs and leadership programs, including onboarding, training, and supporting club advisors and student leaders
Plan and lead club fairs, maintain club rosters and attendance, and ensure compliance with school policies
Support student-led initiatives, school spirit events, and co-curricular engagement
Assist with athletics competitions, tournaments, and after-school activity logistics.
Collaborate with coaches, teachers, and activity leaders to ensure program quality and coordination across divisions
Serve as trip lead or administrative representative on overnight trips, including international and local excursions
Act as the designated point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the Director of Athletics and Activities
Maintain clear, proactive communication with students, parents, and staff
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events and programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in student activities, leadership, or experiential learning programs
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with high school students, teachers, and parents
Comfort with managing logistics, supervising student behavior, and supporting risk management protocols
Ability to work flexible hours, including after-school, evening, and weekend commitments
Certifications and Education:
College Degree in related field.
Experience:
Requires past experience as School Activities Administration.
