Responsibilities: • Work on logging, tracking, and updating tickets, ensuring resolution within the defined SLA. • Perform initial analyses to identify the root cause of incidents. • Collaborate with IT and Development teams to resolve reported issues. • Communicate with users regarding the status of requests and participate in critical meetings to ensure quick problem resolution when necessary. • Generate and report weekly and monthly operational statistics to management. • Integration with the international team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.” Mandatory Technical Requirements: • Professional experience in a corporate application support environment is mandatory; • Good knowledge of Windows Server and MS SQL Server concepts is required; • Proven experience in technical support or application development, with knowledge in technologies such as: - ASP .Net - C# - SQL - IIS - Message Queues - RESTful Services • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for logging, tracking, and documenting incidents/tickets; • English is mandatory, as the role involves interaction with international teams. Desirable Technical Requirements: • Experience with web applications hosted on IIS is desirable. • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies, SDLC, and product lifecycle is a strong advantage; • Practical experience in functional support and troubleshooting of .Net-based web applications will be valued; Additional Information: • Location: Indaiatuba/SP • Work model: Hybrid, with a requirement of three days onsite at the Indaiatuba/SP office. • Availability for on-call duty once a month on weekends.
