Requisitos: • University degree in Business, Engineering or related field; • Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation in a supplier/customer relationship; • Strong negotiation skills / Cost management /Financial analytics abilities; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Motivated by change management and ability to drive change; • Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach; • Strong team player with the ability to lead; • Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset; • Multicultural experience is an asset; • Automotive experience is a plus. Atividades: • Lead the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction; • Negotiate QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments.; • Perform purchasing activities related to sourcing, contracts, ordering, cost improvement, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers; • Make sure the segment strategy is updated / implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and by continuously challenging supplier QDCFTSR performance by using tools and purchasing/cross functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
