  7. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our Operations team. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry!
  8. Main Activities:
  9. Lead (directly and indirectly) the operations of more than 70% of the company's headcount including staffing, resource and equipment planning and project execution.
  10. Work directly with the CEO in the definition and execution of strategic plans for the area.
  11. Define and develop strategies to ensure lasting relationships with our clients, identify new opportunities and increase our participation in projects and / or business lines.
  12. Support the sales and pre-sales areas.
  13. Define and implement strategies to boost the area in terms of results and efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of short, medium and long term objectives.
  14. Generate and analyze reports and statistical data of different types to detect problems and define solutions.
  15. What are we looking for:
  16. Previous experience in Management roles (ideally in service companies) leading teams and projects of great magnitude.
  17. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relations skills.
  18. Analytical capacity and proactivity.
  19. Marked level of attention to detail in daily work.
  20. Previous experience in P&L management.
  21. Advanced English level, both oral and written.
  22. Availability for occasional trips to the USA and Europe is an important plus.
