  9. Main Activities:
  10. Perform the candidate selection process evaluating their knowledge, skills and experience.
  11. Apply, monitor and suggest improvements in our recruitment practices.
  12. Propose new recruitment strategies.
  13. Identify new opportunities to find potential talents.
  14. Act as a point of contact and build quality relationships with candidates and clients during the selection process.
  15. Detect opportunities for improvement in current processes.
  16. Participate in different projects with the different managers of the company.
  17. What are we looking for:
  18. Students of the careers Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Translation and related.
  19. Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
  20. Analytical abilities and learning capacity.
  21. Attention to detail.
  22. Self-oriented, focus on results and ability to adapt to new roles.
  23. Prioritize effectively in a very dynamic environment.
  24. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  25. Good academic average will be a plus.
