We hiring a Sales Specialist focused on direct sales to schools and educational institutions and groups in Brazil. You'll report to the Regional Head of Sales, run the local funnel in HubSpot, and hit ARR/adoption targets for the region. This is a part-time role (22 hours/week). Key Responsibilities Direct selling Identify, qualify, and close new business with public/private schools, language centres, and corporate buyers; deliver on-site/virtual demos, proposals, and contract negotiations. Pipeline & reporting Keep clean deal/contact/activity data in HubSpot; deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots to the Head of Sales. Market intelligence Track competitive moves, pricing, and curriculum changes at federal/state levels; feed insights to Product and GTM. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 3+ years quota-carrying success in EdTech or SaaS in Brazil. Fluent English; confident presenting to school principals, and C-Level executives. Hands-on HubSpot user; comfortable with Excel/Sheets. Familiarity with popular outreach/automation tools is a plus.
