Basic functions of positions Perform as Receptionist, translator, and Interpreter Qualifications required Degree/Diploma from a recognized University. Excellent knowledge in English and Portuguese languages (both written and speaking). Knowledge in Spanish will be an added qualification. Professional skills in formal interpretation and translation. Full proficiency in Computer and professional video editing Seriousness, absolute discretion, objectivity, consistency, and punctuality-especially regarding compliance with deadlines- are considered essential. The candidate must demonstrate willingness, initiative, diligence, and a cooperative spirit Highly developed organizational and excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work under demanding circumstances and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrate ability to liaise effectively with government organizations, Foreign Embassies in Brazil Government authorities and private sector with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Brazilian Administrative, economic, trade, investment will be an added qualification No criminal record and must present a certificate issued by competent authorities attesting to the absence of any criminal record Residence close to the Embassy (with in Twenty km) at SHIS QI 26, Conjunto 11, Casa 18, LagoSul. Brasilia DF, will be an added qualification and proof for the residence address Experience Proven Past experience at Foreign Diplomatic Missions, International organizations and/or Government institutions will be a competitive advantage Translation work, administrative managements and coordination of the above organizations will be an added advantage. Past- experience in protocol rules, treatment of authorities, and diplomatic official drafting will also be considered as an asset Past-Experience in Management, Marketing, and Administration in Government or Private sector will be an added advantage Submission of Applications Interested applicants must express their interest in position by submitting a letter of interest, curriculum vitae (English Only), copy of identity card and/or passport and recent colour photograph to on or before 18th May 2026.
