WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Vendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company’s needs and deliver value. Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines. Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored support Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, and generate reports as needed. WHAT WE ASK OF YOU Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships. Familiarity with procurement software and systems. Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
