Bilingual International Sales Agent – Serra, Espírito Santo (Brazil) Salary: R$ 2,973.66 (during a 3-month training period) After the initial 3 months, compensation is adjusted based on performance. The role involves frequent international travel (primarily to the United States and Europe) and requires a valid passport and visa. A Category B driver’s license and advanced driving experience are mandatory, as travel between countries is conducted by car rather than flights. This position demands strong physical and emotional resilience, an analytical and communicative mindset, and a high level of independence and geographic flexibility, as international trips may last up to three consecutive months. Prior commercial experience is not required — we provide comprehensive and intensive training during the first 3 months, under the supervision of a dedicated technical mentor. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Proactively contact international clients to strengthen business relationships. Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and client interactions. Business Communication Draft professional business emails in English with clarity and precision. Respond to and manage international client requests with speed and professionalism. Technical & Commercial Visits (U.S. and Europe) Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate equipment and solutions. Identify client needs and represent the company with excellence. Drive across countries (no internal flights) — requires strong logistical planning, attention to documentation, and responsibility at border crossings. Desired Profile Fluent English (mandatory — will be tested). Valid driver’s license (Category B) and experience with long-distance road travel. Valid B1 visa and passport (expired documents will not be accepted). Male candidates aged 30 to 39, in good physical and emotional health. Independent, adaptable, and adventurous profile with openness to new cultures and environments. Tech-savvy candidates will be considered a plus. No specific educational background required.
