About the Role As a Studio Production Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance across Live Casino operations. You will oversee gaming equipment lifecycle management, studio compliance, regulatory documentation, and operational governance while collaborating with local and global teams. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring operational excellence in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Manage compliance processes related to Live Casino studio operations. Coordinate with Project Managers, Studio Production, Procurement, and global teams. Perform bi-monthly compliance verifications and maintain accurate operational records. Manage gaming equipment lifecycle and inventory using Salesforce, ensuring complete traceability from acquisition to decommissioning. Monitor stock, equipment allocation, purchase orders, and generate reports for audits and regulatory purposes. Manage technical documentation and compliance records through SharePoint, ensuring documents remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready. Prepare regulatory notifications and documentation for authorities such as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), including studio authorizations, layout changes, equipment updates, and new operational launches. Support office renovations, operational improvements, and internal projects while ensuring compliance with company standards. Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives when applicable. Work closely with the Director of Department and global stakeholders to ensure all activities comply with legal and corporate requirements.
