Sales Assistant | Location: Ponta Aguda – Blumenau/SC | Employment Type: CLT | On-site | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Solúvia is conducting a recruitment process for a Sales Assistant to work at one of our client companies. We are looking for a professional with experience in the commercial area, organized, communicative, and with strong analytical skills, who will support commercial operations and maintain relationships with international clients and suppliers. YOUR MISSION Support commercial operations by ensuring agility in customer service, accuracy in quotation processes, and efficiency in order flow, contributing to sales growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to internal clients (sales representatives) and external clients (end customers); Communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone; Prepare quotations and perform price analysis; Calculate values based on the daily exchange rate (USD); Register products and orders in the system; Request quotations from international suppliers (parts and machinery); Request product samples; Forward orders to the import or warehouse department; Monitor commercial processes; REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the commercial area; Fluent English (mandatory); SALARY & BENEFITS: Initial salary: R$ 2,900.00 (CLT) Food allowance: R$ 600.00 (no deduction) Transportation allowance (no deduction) After probation period: Health insurance (Unimed) – 50% covered by the company
