O quê?

Operational Senior members of the TBRG must demonstrate organizational leadership and delivery of customized business solutions to clients that resolve their most significant issues and create lasting competitive advantage. Projects may typically include, organization restructuring and change management, manufacturing, ESG, financials, operations and business process improvement, as well as operational improvement. A project manager is responsible for working with clients to conduct necessary research and analysis to formulate practical and impactful recommendations and solutions, as well as to organize and manage the project teams and ensure regular communication with all stakeholders. As a senior member, project manager will ensure all projects follow corporate policies and procedures and provide supervision and training to consultants. The Successful Applicant Successful candidates will have strong academic backgrounds, demonstrable track record of professional success, 15 years progressive professional experience and ideally 5 years with a leading management consultancy. Project Managers must be commercially astute with strong problem solving skills, be capable of building solid and lasting partnerships with clients and be able to demonstrate initiative, self-leadership and a capacity for building teams and influencing at all levels. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are pre-requisite as well as outstanding communication skills in English.
