The goal is to optimize reach and influence, driving significant new user acquisition. Data-Driven Optimization: Implement and refine A/B testing frameworks to rigorously determine the most effective campaign strategies, continually adapting tactics based on comprehensive data analysis and real-time market feedback. Holistic Media Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans that consider a wide range of channels - from online PPC to outdoor advertising - ensuring a seamless integration that maximizes campaign coherence and impact. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Maintain a rigorous schedule of performance evaluations, ensuring all campaigns are tracked against key performance indicators like CAC, ROAS, and CTR. Adjust strategies based on these insights to continually enhance campaign effectiveness. Supplier and Budget Management: Negotiate with media suppliers to secure optimal terms and manage a substantial budget. This involves not only cost management but also assessing the value and impact of different media channels and partnerships.
