  8. We seek to incorporate a HR Business Partner, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and responsible for business units. The position will act as a consultant and change agent in HR-related matters, assessing and anticipating related needs.
  9. Main activities:
  10. Hold regular meetings with the respective business units and management, providing guidance on HR issues.
  11. Analyze trends and metrics related to the level of rotation in order to develop solutions, programs and policies to increase retention.
  12. Stay updated on the legal requirements related to the daily management of employees, giving priority to the reduction of legal risks and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
  13. Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
  14. Solve complex problems of various kinds related to employees.
  15. Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
  16. Provide guidance and assistance regarding restructuring processes of business units, workforce planning and succession plans.
  17. Identify training needs of business units, as well as individual executive coaching needs.
  18. Participate in the evaluation of training programs to ensure the success and fulfillment of the objectives.
  19. What are we looking for:
  20. Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
  21. Knowledge of the labor regulations of Argentina and Latin America.
  22. Communication skills.
  23. Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
