Requirements: • Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics) - PhD on related area is a merit; • Experience working with Agile methodology (Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, Developer) is a merit; • Technical knowledge in vehicle SW and HW architecture; • Experience within heavy-duty vehicle repair and diagnostics with Engineering background; • Experience designing diagnostic strategies and advanced tools which are used by technicians in workshops; • Knowledge on programming languages (C, C++, Python, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.); • Experience working with product development and its verification and validation during project development; • Experience with data extraction, analysis, and manipulation oriented to engineering solutions; • Working knowledge of electronics/component testing (CANoe, CANalyzer, SAFe); • Knowledge in computer-aided design (CAD) software for analyzing and evaluating product designs (PTC CREO preferred). Activities: • Have an eye for detail to support project deliveries; • Analyze information and contribute to the design and strategy of technical solutions ensuring that they are built in accordance with the aftermarket business needs and the workshop environment. • Develop technical content to support the dealership network in performing agile and accurate repairs; • Ensure that dealerships receive clear technical instructions on diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles; • Collaborate with the diagnostic strategy team to ensure the process is efficient and customer-focused.
