Requirements: University Degree in Accounting (active CRC); Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/CPC’s); Strong experience of continuous experience in Accounting; Experience in preparation of financial statements; Expertise in Big4 audit companies or multinational companies with report; Very good written and spoken English; Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in focus). Power BI and Power Apps will be an advantage; Experience in SAP will be an advantage; Knowledge in AI focused in accounting is a plus. Activities: Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and CPC standards. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to the headquarters in Sweden, providing clear explanations for variances and key financial indicators. Map, document, and continuously improve accounting processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and standardize procedures. Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing agreed action plans. Perform and review general ledger reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and reliability of accounting information. Act as a business partner to different areas of the company, providing accounting guidance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring correct financial treatment of transactions. Interact and collaborate with the shared services centers in Poland and India, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with local requirements. Contribute to Finance digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation of new systems, tools, and automation solutions within the accounting area. Mentor and support junior team members and sharing best practices.
