We are seeking a Tax Planning and Fiscal Operations Manager to join a team for our industry client in the Jundiaí region. This professional will be responsible for overseeing tax planning processes for all company factories, ensuring the administration of tax incentives and capturing new opportunities for tax benefits. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the tax planning team and the fiscal operations team, ensuring seamless integration of strategies and compliance processes. Administer tax incentive contracts and renewals. Capture new opportunities for tax benefits. Maintain close contact with the legal department to discuss adjustments and changes in legislation. Develop tax strategies for new operations and factories. Calculate taxes on invoices and issue billing invoices. Collect taxes and deliver tax obligations. Present reports and participate in meetings with the board, CEO, and shareholders. Requirements: Fluent English. Availability for 100% on-site work. Expertise in tax legislation and tax planning. Experience in Big 4 consulting firms is highly desirable. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Behavioral profile suitable for an interior environment. Benefits: Bonus up to 5 salaries.
